Who's behind this
I'm a former varsity soccer player, hybrid athlete, coach, and professional overachiever. I've always loved having a goal to chase. Whether it was competitive sports growing up (you name it, I did it) or trying to shave a few more minutes off my marathon time, I've always been obsessed with pushing my limits.
So far, that's led me to run a 3:08 in my first marathon, a 3:03 in my second, compete in HYROX Pro, and set my sights on breaking 3 hours in the marathon, all while continuing to get stronger and more powerful in the gym.
Everything inside the ASCEND app comes from my lived experience. I program the same workouts, have the same approach, and use the same principles. I'm not handing you a plan and just disappearing. I'm in there with you every week! :)

Questions
Yes. I have programs designed specifically for people who are new to lifting, running, or both. Level 1 starts with the basics, and every exercise has a video so you're never left guessing.
Some of it works at home, especially in the lower levels. But to get the most out of the programs, you'll want access to a gym with barbells, dumbbells, a squat rack, and some cardio equipment.
